Which modules support integration with Slack?

Support Ticket System

• Receive an alert when a new ticket is created.
• Receive an alert when the status of an existing ticket has changed.
• Receive an alert when the requester replies to the ticket.
• Receive an alert when an agent replies to a ticket.
• Receive an alert when the assignee of a ticket is changed.
• Receive an alert when the priority of a ticket is changed.

Application Form

• Receive an alert when a new application has been submitted.
• Receive an alert when an application has been approved.
• Receive an alert when an application has been rejected.
• Receive an alert when an application receives a reply from the applicant.
• Receive an alert when an application receives a reply from an admin.

General Form

• Receive an alert when the form is submitted.

How do I setup Slack Integration with one of my modules?

If the module is supported you can easily setup a Slack Integration.

• Navigate to your website's administrator panel.
• Select the "Modules" tab.
• Locate the module you would like to setup slack integration for and select "Edit".
• Navigate to the "Settings" tab of the module editor.
• Locate the "Slack Integration" section.
• Click "Add to Slack".
• You will be requested to authorize the Enjin application with your Slack team.
• Once authorized, you will be redirected back to the module settings.
• Configure the alerts (all enabled by default) and select "Save".
• That's it! Your module will now be integrated with Slack.

Please be aware that if you have multiple modules you would like to integrate with Slack you will need to setup, authorize and customize each module. This gives you the freedom of selecting which alerts you want to receive from different modules even if they're the same type of module.

How do I remove an existing Slack Integration?

• Navigate to your website's administrator panel.
• Select the "Modules" tab.
• Locate the module you would like to remove the slack integration from and select "Edit".
• Navigate to the "Settings" tab of the module editor.
• Locate the "Slack Integration" section.
• Click "Remove Integration".
• That's it!
