2-Factor Authentication
New account security feature launched for Enjin website Owner accounts on Advanced and Ultimate plans. This new feature uses the Authy Mobile App or can send SMS codes to your mobile phone for verification
What is Two Factor Authentication?
Enabling two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Enjin account. In addition to your regular password, it will require a verification code from your mobile phone to login. This makes it much more difficult for someone to gain unauthorized access to your account since it requires both something you know (your password) and something you own (your phone). If you lose your phone you will need to go through a reset process to restore access.
1) Two Factor Auth Option
Advanced or Ultimate plan website owners will now have a new 2 step authentication option located in their account settings page.
Profile Dashboard -> Account Settings -> Two Factor Auth
2) Verify Location and Phone Number
Clicking to 'Enable Two Factor Authentication with Phone' will ask you to select your country and enter your phone number. You will need to select your country country and dialling code, as well as input a valid phone number to receive SMS.
3) Enter your Enjin Token or SMS code
An SMS will be sent to your mobile phone with a code. Enter the code provided to complete verification.
Option to 'Remember computer for 30 days' which will remember your device for the proceeding 30 days when logging in.
4) Verification on Login
If logging in using a new or old device, you may be asked to verify your account with a Token code (Authy App) or SMS code.
Two Factor Authentication occurs when:
- You login on a new computer or browser
- You login with a new IP that is different from the last IP you logged in with
- Remember this computer expired after 30 days

I don't see this on my account under settings. Is it possible they haven't made this yet and just giving it to new account members rather then publishing it world wide to everyone?
Can you support Google Authenticator?
Now locked out of my account. Never had this problem with the Google Authenticator app.
